At Muslimahssignature, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized products, as well as digital items that have already been accessed or downloaded. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a solution.

How to Request a Refund
